Changing Plans¶
Upgrading¶
Upgrade at any time:
- Go to Billing > Subscriptions
- Click Change Plan
- Select your new plan
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Downgrading¶
Downgrade at the end of your billing cycle:
- Go to Billing > Subscriptions
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower tier
- Confirm the change

Before downgrading, verify:
- Your node count meets the new plan's minimum
- Data retention meets your requirements
- Throughput limits accommodate your traffic
